Do you create custom gift sets?
Since our handmade products are sold individually, hand wrapped and labeled with biodegradable tissue paper and ribbon, boxed together in beautiful biodegradable and compostable boxes, we are currently not doing custom gift sets. Possibly in the future, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate our customers as of this time.
What is your return policy?
Since all of our products are packaged in economically friendly packaging, once the seal is broken, we have no guarantee that the product hasn’t been used. Due to our products being a hygienic nature, we are unable to resell those products. If our customers have any complaints about our products, they may send us a picture and summary of the problem, and if verified, we can either send a new product or give our customers a credit to purchase a new product.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately no at this time, shipping is only available to the US and Canada.
What do you use to make your products.
Depending on the product, we may use; almond oil, argon oil, castor oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, rose hip oil, sunflower oil, essential oils, soy wax, oatmeal oats, lavender buds, rose petals, goats milk soap base, shea soap base, oatmeal soap base, raw honey, mica, and other herbs. If you have more concerns, send us a message and we will get back to you with any concerns.
How do customers know if a product is vegan?
The product will clearly say, if any concerns arise, send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I get a discount?
Discounts pop up all the time, keep an eye out!
How are products wrapped or packaged?
All products are packaged in one of two sized biodegradable and recycled paper made cardboard boxes. Packaging tape is also biodegradable and organically made.
Individual soaps are wrapped in eco friendly and biodegradable tissue paper and ribbon, strapped with an organic was seal to ensure of no tampering. A hand written recycled paper tag will be attach via a hemp string with the product name.
Oils are in sun resistant glass amber bottles with droppers.
Balms are in recycled tin containers and contain a “V” sticker to indicate if the product is vegan.
Soaps in hemp exfoliators are already inserted into the bag and drawstring is tightened.
